Lumen will be performing scheduled maintenance as part of a large-scale initiative to upgrade network infrastructure across multiple markets. This activity involves upgrading software on multiple devices to a newer version designed to improve stability, resolve known defects, and enable enhanced capabilities. This work is part of a broader effort to strengthen network performance, increase reliability, and reduce the risk of unplanned outages for our clients.
